Richard was born and raised in Adelaide and has lived in the North Eastern Suburbs for over 19 years with his partner & 2 children who have lived in the area all their life.

Richard has been involved in the housing & building industry for his entire working career, starting as an apprentice and working his way through sales, marketing and executive management roles within a large ASX listed SA icon company. Since that time he has successfully established and operated his own private business, including being a part of one of Australia’s oldest real estate franchises prior to launching 1289 REAL ESTATE, so he understands what’s important in business and that’s Customer Service & Satisfaction!

Besides working hard Richard enjoys getting away camping, playing golf and when weather permits hitting the water on his jet ski. Richard has had an active involvement in many sporting clubs over the years in a range of roles from coaching, administration & volunteer work.
